The Role: The Mortgage Advisor will work as part of a larger estate agent and be responsible for selling mortgages to customers who are purchasing property through the estate agency. The role involves providing professional, expert advice to clients and working with them to find the best mortgage product for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with estate agents and clients to generate leads and secure new business.
Conduct mortgage consultations with clients, identifying their needs and assessing their eligibility for a mortgage
Offer advice on mortgage products, explaining the pros and cons of each option and helping clients make informed decisions
Complete mortgage applications and manage the mortgage process through to completion.
Work closely with estate agents to ensure a smooth and efficient service for clients.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the mortgage process.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
QFA Qualified
Previous experience in mortgage sales, ideally within an estate agency or broker environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a busy estate agent group and sell a high volume of mortgages. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and uncapped commission, as well as progress within the company.
Benefits:
Base salary of €50,000
Uncapped commission with the potential to earn €80,000+ (Based on value of low hanging fruit)
