The Role:
Our client is one of the leading Timber and Builders Merchant in Ireland. They are seeking a results-driven Plumbing and Heating Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in Leinster. The role involves promoting and selling Heating and Plumbing products while establishing and maintaining customer relationships to achieve agreed sales targets. Their ethos is to provide consistently excellent customer service, and the successful candidate will reflect this in their role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience to play a crucial part in the companies ongoing success.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell Plumbing and Heating products to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships, focusing on long-term customer loyalty.
  • Identify new customer leads through cold calling and ensure consistent follow-up with potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales track record in the construction sector, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Heating materials is preferred.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office.
