The Role We are seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Hire and Sales Administrator to join the Kildare based team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities: Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing agreements, payments, and other relevant data, ensuring that all information is organized and accessible.
Coordinate the delivery of leased assets, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition, and that all necessary documentation is completed.
Assist with the management of the company's fleet of vehicles and plant machinery, scheduling maintenance and repairs as required and ensuring that all assets are in good working order.
Manage the calendars of leasing team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as required and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed.
Accounts:
Creating and issuing invoices to customers in a timely manner
Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Preparing financial statements, reports, and budgeting documents.
Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash transactions
Liaising with external stakeholders such as suppliers, banks, and auditors
Supporting senior management with ad hoc tasks as required.
The Person
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel
Prior Office Administrative experience preferred but not essential.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
3rd level degree in business, finance or related preferred but not essential
Benefits:
Base salary of €30,000 - €35,000 (reviewed after 6 months)
Full training provided for all aspects of the role.
