On behalf of our client, Harper Finley are recruiting a Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This role will work closely with the supply chain team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires someone with an agricultural background, such as Agricultural Science, or a Farming background. Knowledge of the Agricultural industry is essential. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient logistics management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, invoices, and inventory records.
  • Track and report on key logistics metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Address and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that arise.
  • Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
 
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • 1 years of experience in an administration role.
  • An agricultural background is essential for this role - Farming background, or previous agriculture industry experience.
  • An understanding of logistics operations would be a great benefit.
  • Good IT Skills, confident with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
 
 Note: This role is open to candidates with EU/EEA passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
