The Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive and expand their online presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for digital marketing and social media, and possesses a strong ability to create engaging content that resonates with their audience.
The Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy across key platforms to grow engagement.
Create high-quality content, including video, graphics, and written posts.
Manage community engagement and collaborate with influencers and partners.
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC).
Optimise website content for SEO and manage email marketing campaigns.
Capture live social media content at events and assist with logistics.
Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with various marketing tasks.
The Person:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns, and create reports using analytics tools.
Willingness to work some weekends at events and travel as needed.
Full driving licence required
The Offer:
Salary of between €35,000 - €40,000 DOE
