Our client was established in 2013, and since then has been a dynamic presence in the event, construction, and pharmaceutical industries in Ireland. With its rapid growth and diversification, it has become a prominent name in the running community, organizing 12 running events across Ireland, ranging from 5km to Marathon Distances, and holds significant dates in the national running calendar.
  
The Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive and expand their online presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for digital marketing and social media, and possesses a strong ability to create engaging content that resonates with their audience.
  
  
The Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy across key platforms to grow engagement.
  • Create high-quality content, including video, graphics, and written posts.
  • Manage community engagement and collaborate with influencers and partners.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC).
  • Optimise website content for SEO and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Capture live social media content at events and assist with logistics.
  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with various marketing tasks.
  
The Person:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns, and create reports using analytics tools.
  • Willingness to work some weekends at events and travel as needed.
  • Full driving licence required

The Offer:
  • Salary of between €35,000 - €40,000 DOE
