Job Overview:
The Inside Sales role will focus on generating outbound leads and managing inbound customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at our trade desk. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can ensure a seamless sales process, meet customer needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling without specific lifting equipment expertise.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly engage with clients to gauge satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
  • Independently generate and nurture sales leads to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, offering detailed product information and exceptional service.
  • Efficiently process orders and provide accurate quotes, following up to convert quotes into sales.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions to enhance sales volume and customer engagement.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team on an ad-hoc basis to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software.
 
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: University degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inside sales, sales development, or customer service, with a preference for experience in a related industry.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated ability to enhance customer experiences and manage sales administration effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
 
Benefits:
  • Base salary of €35,000 
  • Performance related bonus (€10,000)
