The Role: This is a proactive inside sales role focused on generating leads and handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the trade desk. You'll manage the full sales process, support customers, and spot opportunities to upsell — no prior lifting equipment knowledge needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Generate and nurture sales leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide product info.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales.
Upsell and cross-sell where possible.
Provide order updates and manage expectations.
Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely dispatch.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Business.
3+ years in inside sales, sales development, or customer service (related industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong organisational skills.
