Are you commercially minded, ambitious, and hungry to learn how a successful business really runs? This is your opportunity to work directly with the CEO and CFO of one of Ireland’s leading vehicle and machinery companies – and get a front-row seat to high-level decision-making in a fast-growing group.

Why this role?
You won’t be stuck in the background. From day one, you’ll be hands-on in shaping strategy, analysing business performance, and spotting opportunities for growth. If you’re curious, driven, and want to fast-track your development, this is the kind of role that can shape your entire career.

The Company:
With over 50 years of success behind them and operations across Ireland and the UK, this group is expanding fast. Innovation, growth, and smart commercial thinking are what drive them – and they’re looking for someone who wants to grow with them.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Working side-by-side with the CEO and CFO across two key business units
  • Reviewing budgets, P&Ls and financial performance to drive key decisions
  • Analysing how different customer types and revenue streams are performing – and how to improve them
  • Identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across the business
  • Becoming a trusted commercial partner to senior leaders across departments
What you’ll bring:
  • Ambition, drive and a real appetite to learn how a business operates at senior level
  • A head for numbers and confidence with financial reporting and commercial analysis
  • Previous experience in finance, commercial support or budgeting roles
  • A background in transport, leasing or asset-based industries is a plus – but not essential
What you’ll get:
  • Salary: €65,000 – €80,000
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance & pension
  • Sick pay
  • Free parking
  • Real opportunities for career growth and internal progression
