As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organisation, ensuring the business not only runs efficiently but continues to grow and adapt to the evolving needs of its community and sector. You’ll head up a dedicated team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to steer the company’s future direction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and managing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, and sustainable practices.
Overseeing financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
Ensuring adherence to regulatory and health & safety standards.
Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business goals.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience at a senior management level — ideally within utilities, transport, or logistics.
A hands-on, commercially minded operator with strong financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Based in or open to relocating to Donegal.
