Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning operations across our industrial sites. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise industrial cleaning schedules to meet client and site requirements.
Manage, train, and motivate cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee inventory and procurement of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE.
Liaise with site managers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Skills and Experience Required:
Relevant experience in industrial or commercial cleaning management.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, machinery, and industrial cleaning products.
In-depth understanding of health & safety standards (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and staff at all levels.
