Harper Finley is currently hiring an experienced Production Lead on behalf of our client, a food production company in Dublin 15. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production in assigned areas
Ensure compliance with food safety, BRC, and health & safety standards
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve operational KPIs
Use Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to improve efficiency
Conduct shift handovers, manage rosters, and support staff training
Drive innovation, team engagement, and positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership in food production or FMCG
Fluency in [Eastern European language(s), e.g., Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian] is preferred due to the predominantly Eastern European workforce
Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and lean processes
Excellent communication, planning, and coaching skills
Experience with audits, SOPs, and continuous improvement projects
