We’re excited to be working with a thriving, well-established Estate Agency in Waterford City to hire a Property Sales Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role – perfect for someone eager to grow their career in the fast-paced world of property sales and lettings.
You don’t need previous property experience – comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided, with full support to gain your PRSA licence as you progress.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the administration and communication for property sales and rentals.
Appearing in video content for marketing and social media – coaching and support provided!
Supporting clients through the sales and rental journey with a professional and friendly approach.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transactions.
Conducting property inspections and accompanying viewings.
Providing regular updates to both clients and colleagues.
Experience and Skills Required:
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential.
Experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred.
A naturally warm, approachable communication style with a professional edge.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the property industry.
