Our client is a leading Irish organisation delivering specialist solutions and high-quality projects across the corporate, private, sporting, and events sectors. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in Tuam, Co. Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with experience managing projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of projects, managing all aspects from initial client engagement through to completion and handover. Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects from initial planning stages through to final delivery
Attending client and site meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
Preparing quotations, project plans, and supporting documentation
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and project schedules
Managing build and dismantle schedules, resources, and labour requirements
Liaising with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated
Preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and other project documentation
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained throughout project delivery
Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Supporting tender applications where required
Assisting with project handover and completion processes
Requirements
Level 8 degree qualification ideally in Engineering, Construction Management, Event Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects
Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Full clean driving licence
Desirable Experience
Experience within the construction, events, or project delivery industry
Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
Experience with land surveying
CAD experience or technical drawing knowledge
