Our client is a well-established Irish property group with a strong and expanding commercial property portfolio, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its team in Naas, Co. Kildare. Reporting to senior management, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, overseeing tenant relationships, lease administration, maintenance coordination, service charge budgets, contractor management and property compliance. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties across multiple asset types.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords and external stakeholders.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
Manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure.
Oversee rent reviews, lease events and lease administration.
Ensure properties remain compliant with all relevant health, safety and statutory requirements.
Source, appoint and manage external contractors and service providers.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare management reports and maintain accurate property records.
Work closely with the wider property and finance teams to ensure efficient portfolio management.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in commercial property management.
Strong understanding of commercial leases and property management practices.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercially aware with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is advantageous.
Full clean driving licence.
