Senior recruitment consultant Location: Dublin Working Model: Hybrid Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE: €55,000+ in Year 1
About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is ready to take ownership of their own desk, develop new business, build strong client relationships and grow their career within a supportive and successful recruitment agency. You will have the autonomy to develop your own market and build a strong client and candidate network, while having the support, training and tools needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities
Build, develop and manage your own recruitment desk.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Source, screen and interview candidates for a range of positions.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate network.
Negotiate terms and manage client accounts.
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment pipeline using the company CRM.
Keep up to date with market trends, salaries and industry developments.
Provide professional recruitment advice to both clients and candidates.
Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to achieve company goals.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Proven experience in business development and winning new clients.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
A confident and commercially minded approach.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
A genuine ambition to develop your career within recruitment.
Experience using a CRM or recruitment database.
What We Offer
