The Company: This is an established steel fabrication and precision engineering company based in Kerry. The company provides high-quality fabrication and engineering solutions.
The Role: This is a hands-on position for an experienced Fabricator who is confident working independently from engineering drawings. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating steel components and assemblies to a high standard while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble steel components.
Read and work from engineering drawings.
Measure, mark, cut, drill and form materials.
Carry out MIG/MAG welding.
Check completed work for quality and accuracy.
Use fabrication machinery and tools safely.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
The Person:
At least five years' fabrication experience.
Confident working from engineering drawings.
Strong steel fabrication and welding skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail.
Relevant trade qualifications are an advantage.
The Offer:
€45,000-€55,000, depending on experience.
Full-time, permanent position.
