Project Coordinator / Planner
Location: Park West, Dublin 12
Salary: €40,000-€45,000 + quarterly performance bonus linked to KPIs
 
We are looking for a driven and organised Project Coordinator / Planner to join a growing project team within a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
This is a key role working behind the scenes across multiple projects, supporting Project Leads to ensure everything is planned, coordinated and running smoothly well in advance of both project start and completion.
 
The Role
You will play a central role in making sure projects are fully prepared, commercially controlled and delivered efficiently.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Project Leads to coordinate projects from pre-start through to completion
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, costs and forecasts
  • Ensure materials, resources, documentation and key requirements are in place ahead of deadlines
  • Track project timelines, milestones and costs, identifying potential issues early
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Support Project Leads with commercial, operational and administrative requirements
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Assist with project close-out and handover
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and highly organised, with the confidence to take ownership and make the role their own.
You will ideally have experience in project coordination, planning, construction, fit-out or a related environment, together with strong attention to detail and an understanding of budgets and costs.
Above all, you will be ambitious and willing to put your own stamp on the role, contribute ideas and genuinely buy into the team's vision, values and culture.
