The Company: A growing Irish engineering company specialising in the installation, servicing and repair of industrial doors and loading-bay systems across commercial and industrial sites.
The Role: This is a hands-on electrical and mechanical position working alongside experienced field engineers. The role involves installing, servicing and repairing automated doors, loading bays and associated equipment.
This is not domestic work or traditional first and second fixing. Apprentices must be interested in mechanical systems, maintenance and fault-finding.
Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial installations, servicing and repairs
Work on electrical and mechanical components
Support fault-finding and preventative maintenance
Use hand and power tools safely
Complete service records
Follow site safety and quality procedures
The Person:
Registered electrical apprentice.
Strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems
Comfortable working with tools and on commercial sites
