Our client is a well-established mid-tier law firm based in Dublin City Centre, known for providing high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. They are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with around 5 years' PQE, to join their Property team. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish, working closely with clients, financial institutions, estate agents and other professional advisers. Banking experience would be a strong advantage, particularly exposure to mortgage security, lending documentation or financial institutions.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Managing a varied residential and commercial conveyancing caseload
  • Handling purchases, sales, transfers and related property transactions
  • Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts, leases and other property documentation
  • Conducting and reviewing title searches and raising/replying to requisitions
  • Liaising with banks, financial institutions, agents and other solicitors
  • Managing mortgage and financing documentation where required
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within required timeframes
  • Providing commercially focused and practical advice to clients
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
Requirements
  • Approximately 5 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor
  • Banking / finance experience would be a strong advantage
  • Strong experience in conveyancing / property law
  • Experience managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Strong knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider team
