The role You will carry out service, maintenance, fault finding and installation work across refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The workload will vary between reactive call-outs, planned maintenance and installation projects.
Key responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs with minimal disruption to clients.
Install, test and commission equipment.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and identify developing issues.
Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns.
Complete accurate service reports and communicate clearly with clients and the office.
Work safely and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Support colleagues across service and project work as priorities change.
What we are looking for
A recognised refrigeration and air conditioning qualification, with relevant F-Gas certification.
Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Data centre experience would be an advantage.
Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties.
A dependable approach, strong work ethic and willingness to take feedback.
