Establish, develop, and grow your own recruitment desk within your chosen industry or sector.
Source, screen, and place top talent in roles that align with clients' needs.
Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service.
Create tailored recruitment strategies to expand your network and client base.
Negotiate terms with clients and manage contracts with candidates.
Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs, driving your success.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice.
Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using our recruitment database.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or recruitment software.
Salary and Benefits:
Base salary of €40,000 - €45,000, with uncapped commission.
First-year on-target earnings (OTE) expected to exceed €55,000+.
