Maintenance Administrator

Our client, a specialist in the design, installation, and certification of lifting equipment, is seeking a Maintenance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based on site in Naas, Co. Kildare and is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience in a maintenance or building services environment. If you are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and are seeking an administrative role with potential for progression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the scheduling department by coordinating service schedules, maintaining up - to - date service records, preparing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver detailed reports on service inspections.
  • Generate and issue contracts to clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling inquiries within the maintenance department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role ideally in a maintenance / construction environment.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and preparing reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Full, clean driver's license
Benefits:
  • Base salary of €32,000 - €35,000
