Our client, a specialist in the design, installation, and certification of lifting equipment, is seeking a Maintenance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based on site in Naas, Co. Kildare and is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience in a maintenance or building services environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the scheduling department by coordinating service schedules, maintaining up - to - date service records, preparing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver detailed reports on service inspections.
Generate and issue contracts to clients.
Serve as a point of contact for scheduling inquiries within the maintenance department.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in an administrative role ideally in a maintenance / construction environment.
Proficiency in analysing data and preparing reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power Point.
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Full, clean driver's license
Benefits:
Base salary of €32,000 - €35,000
