Graduate Electrical Engineer – HV/MV Engineering Graduate Program
Our client, recognised as one of the leading High Voltage and Medium Voltage engineering service companies in Ireland, are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their structured graduate program in Naas County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Electrical Engineering Graduate who will gain hands-on experience across design, site engineering, commissioning, tendering, and project support whilst building practical skills and industry knowledge. Upon completion, graduates will have the opportunity to join the team area they enjoy most.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HV/MV project design, including layouts, schematics, and protection/control schemes. • Assist with commissioning and site engineering tasks under supervision. • Contribute to tender preparation, technical evaluations, and project documentation. • Participate in cross-functional rotations to gain exposure to different departments and disciplines. • Learn and apply company standards, SHEQ policies, and ISO procedures. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Strong academic record and keen interest in HV/MV electrical engineering. • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. • Flexible and adaptable, able to work across different project types and locations. • Safety-conscious with attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
