Harper Finley, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive. Our client operates across the UK, Ireland, and Europe in the agricultural industry. This pivotal role will work in close partnership with the Head of Branding & Marketing to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies that support the business’s continued growth.

As a senior member of a collaborative four-person marketing team, you will take ownership of key initiatives — from major brand campaigns and regional events to digital engagement and agency management — providing both strategic insight and hands-on delivery.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of agricultural shows, trade events, and customer engagement activities across multiple regions.
  • Drive integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee the creation and development of marketing materials, internal communications, and content strategies.
  • Provide strategic input on key projects when required.
  • Analyse marketing performance, reporting on ROI and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand positioning in the agricultural sector.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering multi-channel campaigns and managing external agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through to execution.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed.
  • A genuine interest in agriculture and rural communities; prior experience in the sector is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (CIM or equivalent professional qualification desirable).
