The Role We are seeking a skilled, motivated Field-Based Electrician with Mechanical Aptitude to join the team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing lifting equipment at client sites across South Leinster, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair a variety of lifting equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
Operate hand and power tools for installations and repairs.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Test and commission equipment to meet design specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical support to colleagues and clients as needed.
Complete accurate job reports and safety documentation in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified electrician with strong mechanical aptitude and industrial experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
Experience with lifting equipment is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, willing to work varying hours and travel to client sites.
