The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fitter to join a well-established and supportive team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment at a local service centre, ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency are upheld at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair all equipment within the company's range
  • Identify and record machine damage accurately
  • Keep comprehensive service and maintenance records
  • Ensure the workshop and work environment are kept to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with both your Line Manager and Customers
  • Comply with company procedures and safety processes at all times
The Person:
  • Previous experience maintaining plant and tools
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Flexible and self-motivated, with a willingness to undertake training (including occasional travel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
