Sales Executive – Solar Energy (Industrial Sector) Location: Leinster area (travel to client sites may be required) Industry: Renewable Energy Salary: €40,000–€45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced sales executive to sell solar electric solutions to large industrial companies with large amounts of rooftop space, such as factories and forecourts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sustainability and have a proven track record of successfully closing deals in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the industrial sector
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Conduct site surveys and assess the feasibility of solar electric solutions for the customer's site
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, project management, and finance to ensure the successful implementation of solar electric solutions
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, environmental studies or a related field
At least 3 years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar electric solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Strong knowledge of solar energy technology and the industrial sector
Ability to conduct site surveys and assess the feasibility of solar electric solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
