The Company: Our client is Ireland’s newest and largest anaerobic digestion facility, dedicated to converting food waste and other organic materials into clean, renewable energy. The Role: This is a varied, hands-on position combining administration and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the finance team with routine tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to daily operations.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with a strong service focus.
Use Purgo to track waste management activities and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflow and problem-solve issues.
The Person:
Confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone.
Experience in the waste management sector is an advantage but not essential.
Some Accounts Receivable exposure would be beneficial.
Strong admin skills, organised, and customer-focused.
Good IT proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
The Offer:
€32,000 - €35,000 DOE.
