Our client, a well-established company in the agricultural industry is hiring for a farm manager to oversee operations on a farm in North Wales. Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily farm operations
Ensure animals are cared for to the highest welfare and production standards
Plan and manage feeding, bedding, vaccinations, and husbandry
Recruit, train, and supervise farm staff
Maintain accurate administrative records and compliance documentation
Maximise Daily Live Weight Gain (DLWG)
Ensure profitability and achievement of financial targets
Manage stock across the farm and warehouse
Oversee maintenance of property, equipment, and machinery
Keep the unit clean, tidy, and compliant with H&S and regulatory standards
Stay informed on pests and diseases
Oversee warehouse bookings and despatch operation
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Farm Manager with a record of meeting targets
Strong background in the dairy industry
Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
Commercially aware and target-driven
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
