We are seeking a proactive Labour Planning Coordinator to support a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. This role works closely with Operations to plan, schedule, and monitor labour resources efficiently, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining compliance and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and analyse labour requirements for mid- to long-term production needs
Schedule resources across multiple business units in line with Working Time legislation
Monitor labour performance, reporting key metrics and required actions
Manage weekly payroll data including hours worked, skills mix, and absences (agency and direct staff)
Maintain accurate staff records and support monthly audits
Support change initiatives, process mapping, and business system improvements
Coordinate logistics transport and accommodation requirements
Liaise with recruitment and third-party agencies to ensure staffing levels are met
Key Skills & Experience Essential
Fluent written and spoken English
Advanced MS Excel and strong PC skills
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work 5 days over 7 in a 24/7 operation, with willingness to work additional hours when required

Experience in a labour planning or workforce coordination role
