About the Role Our client, a leading provider of workplace solutions, is seeking an experienced Account / Business Development Manager to drive growth across their furniture and partitions division. This is a client-facing, project-based role focused on developing relationships, managing key accounts, and generating new opportunities within commercial office fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
Generate new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector.
Manage and grow key client accounts.
Provide technical and specification support to customers.
Work closely with internal design and pricing teams.
Follow up on sales leads and attend client/site meetings.
Ensure technical and financial accuracy of quotations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar business development or account management role.
Background in a client-focused, project-based environment.
Experience within the construction, fit-out, or interiors sector.
Strong relationships with architects and designers preferred. ( not essential )
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
