The Role: Our client is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to carry out service and maintenance works across its extensive customer base. The role involves both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support, ensuring equipment reliability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain and repair equipment on customer sites.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with service schedules.
Respond to reactive maintenance requirements efficiently and effectively.
Identify and recommend improvements to preventative maintenance programmes.
Maintain accurate computerised and manual service records and reports.
Liaise with the Service Coordinator regarding scheduling and operational requirements.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal service personnel.
The Person:
Minimum 2 years' maintenance experience in a service environment.
