The Role: A Field Service Technician responsible for providing practical, technical and repair support to end-user customers. The role focuses on delivering a high standard of service, achieving a ‘first time fix’ target, and effectively managing time and customer expectations. Responsibilities:
Service and repair turfcare and related equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
Deliver high-quality customer service in line with SLAs
Complete accurate service and time records
Manage parts requirements and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain safe working practices and a professional standard at all times
Attend ongoing product and technical training
The Person:
Experience with turfcare or golf course equipment (desirable), or a Fitter/Mechanic background with hydraulic experience
