An established financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its growing team. The firm provides wealth management services across life, pensions, investments, and group schemes, with a strong focus on client relationships, compliance, and professional standards. This role involves managing and developing a client portfolio, delivering tailored financial advice, and contributing to business growth. It will suit a target-driven, organised professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
Responsibilities
Develop life, pension, and investment business from existing and new clients
Provide tailored financial advice based on clients' needs and objectives
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain ongoing client relationships
Manage new business from quotation through to completion and onboarding
Deliver group pension presentations
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
Contribute to revenue targets and identify cross-selling opportunities
Support junior team members and assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
QFA qualification essential
Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial advisory or wealth management
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection products, and group schemes
Good understanding of compliance and AML requirements
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proficient in MS Office
The Offer
Competitive base salary (€55,000 - €60,000)
