A well-established company in the beverage distribution industry is seeking a part-time Order Processing & Customer Support team member to join its fast-paced, professional office environment. The role involves supporting sales and customer service teams by processing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing general office support. It is primarily office-based with minimal reception duties and would suit an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders via phone and email
Track and manage orders to ensure timely fulfilment
Liaise with the sales team to resolve queries and provide updates
Assist with general office and reception duties
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administration preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
