Customer Support Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Citywest, Dublin 24
Part-time | 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday), 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: Approx. €20,000 pro-rated
 
Role

A well-established company in the beverage distribution industry is seeking a part-time Order Processing & Customer Support team member to join its fast-paced, professional office environment. The role involves supporting sales and customer service teams by processing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing general office support. It is primarily office-based with minimal reception duties and would suit an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
 
Responsibilities
  • Take and process customer orders via phone and email
  • Track and manage orders to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Liaise with the sales team to resolve queries and provide updates
  • Assist with general office and reception duties
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administration preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
