Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service to trade customers at the counter
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Generate leads through telesales and online channels
Manage CRM and track customer interactions
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Support order processing and customer queries
Provide product advice across hardware and building materials
