The Role:
A field-based RGII Certified Gas Service / Installation Engineer role, responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial gas heating systems. This is a hands-on position working across a variety of client sites, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Install commercial gas heating systems, including full replacements
  • Service and maintain radiant and warm air heating systems
  • Carry out gas pipework installations (no welding required)
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on gas burners and associated systems
  • Respond to breakdowns and emergency callouts
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete relevant documentation
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and industry standards
The Person:
  • RGII certified (essential)
  • GIS / GID or NDG certification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in gas service, fault finding, and repair work
  • Strong understanding of commercial gas systems
  • Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous)
  • Experience in pipework, plumbing, or commercial heating systems desirable
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Willingness to complete additional training (Safe Pass, MEWP, Manual Handling, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
The Offer:
  • Salary: €55,000 – €60,000+ (depending on experience)
  • €15 per day tax-free subsistence
