About the Role:
As Senior Procurement Manager – Capital Projects (Capex), you will lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of capital investment. This includes major equipment, fleet, plant, and infrastructure projects—ensuring all investments deliver measurable value, support safe operations, and drive long-term, sustainable EBITDA.
You’ll operate within a transforming procurement environment, helping embed stronger systems, governance, and data-driven decision-making across the business.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the Capex sourcing and category strategy
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations across engineering, equipment & construction
• Drive ROI through total cost of ownership and value engineering
• Partner with operations, engineering & finance to define robust specifications
• Ensure supplier performance meets strict safety, quality & compliance standards
• Support procurement transformation through systems and process improvements

  
�� What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large-scale Capex in complex, operational environments
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value and cost control
• Experience negotiating engineering, equipment, or construction contracts
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging at all levels

�� Experience in waste management, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy industry is highly desirable.
