Qualified Accountant | Permanent Location: Cavan & Longford 4 days per week work Salary: €40K-€55K (DOE)
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice with offices in Cavan and Longford, looking to hire a Qualified Accountant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client-facing work, managing their own portfolio, and progressing within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and companies
Prepare income tax and corporation tax returns
Provide financial advice and insights to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Mentor and support junior team members
Work closely with partners
About You:
Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CPA)
Previous practice experience is essential
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
