The Role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Logistics / OFCI Coordinator or Manager to take ownership of materials coordination across multiple live projects based in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The role is fully site-based and plays a key part in ensuring all materials—both client-supplied (OFCI) and internally procured—are delivered, tracked, and available in line with project timelines.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end materials logistics across multiple projects, including planning, delivery coordination, storage, and on-site distribution
  • Lead the management of OFCI materials, acting as the key point of contact between clients, suppliers, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely availability
  • Drive alignment between logistics and project schedules, ensuring materials are delivered in sequence to support installation and minimise delays
  • Oversee material tracking, inventory control, and reporting, ensuring full visibility and accuracy across all projects
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support project delivery
  • Ensure all logistics activities are compliant with company procedures and health & safety standards
 
The Person:
  • 3-7+ years in logistics, materials coordination, or supply chain
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project environments
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • OFCI experience and multi-site exposure beneficial
 
The Offer:
  • Salary of €55,000 - €70,000 DOE
