The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing commercial pipeline. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business opportunities—engaging with prospective clients, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy, and booking high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Generate new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach
Identify and qualify potential clients within commercial and industrial sectors
Book qualified meetings for senior sales representatives
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline activity
Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets
What We’re Looking For
Experience in telesales, lead generation, or a sales/marketing role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is an advantage
