The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing commercial pipeline.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business opportunities—engaging with prospective clients, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy, and booking high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within commercial and industrial sectors
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales representatives
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline activity
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or a sales/marketing role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is an advantage
