We are currently recruiting for an experienced Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager to join a growing and highly regulated organisation based in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality and compliance professional with strong ISO systems implementation experience who is looking to step into a senior leadership pathway role with long-term progression potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the company's integrated management systems across quality, compliance, health & safety, environmental and information security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee CAPA processes, non-conformances, risk registers and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain policies, procedures, SOPs and document control systems
Support accreditation and certification activities
Prepare compliance reports, audit documentation and management review materials
Work closely with senior leadership teams to drive a strong compliance and quality culture
Ensure systems and processes remain aligned with operational and business objectives
Support training and awareness across the organisation relating to quality and compliance standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, IMS or ISO Systems role
Strong experience implementing and managing ISO management systems
Exposure to ISO 17020, ISO 17024, ISO 17025, ISO 9001 or similar regulated/accredited environments
Experience with internal/external audits and CAPA management
Knowledge of integrated management systems and compliance frameworks
Exposure to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 27001 would be highly advantageous
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Lead Auditor certification or similar qualification would be advantageous
