Role Overview We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join a busy construction team based in Letterkenny. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed, maintained, and updated in line with company procedures and project requirements. Key Responsibilities
Ensure all documents conform to established standards and procedures
Prepare, maintain, and update document control procedures in line with the company's document management system
Ensure accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of project documentation
Respond effectively to document and project-related queries
Maintain construction records including:
RFIs
Technical Submittals
Delivery Dockets
Labour Statistics
Monthly Progress Reports
BCAR Trackers
Support the wider team with administrative duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong IT skills
Motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
