The Role: An opportunity for an experienced LGV Technician to join a busy workshop team carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles, with a strong focus on Ford vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on LGVs
Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs
Prepare vehicles for DOE/CVRT testing where required
Complete routine maintenance and preventative servicing
Fit and replace vehicle components and accessories
Complete all workshop paperwork accurately
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
The Person:
Qualified Motor Mechanic or Automotive Technician
Strong experience working on Ford commercial vehicles essential
Experience working on LGVs/light commercial vehicles required
Full Class B Driving Licence required
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and fluent English
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
