Civil Design Engineer - Electrical Infrastructure & Renewable Energy
Salary: €65,000- €75,000

Are you a Civil Design Engineer looking to work on projects that are shaping the future of energy?
We are seeking an ambitious engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary design team delivering high-profile projects across the electrical infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
You'll play a key role in the design and delivery of:
⚡ High Voltage & Medium Voltage Substations
�� Solar PV Developments
��️ Wind Farms
�� Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
��️ Civil Infrastructure Works
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and reviewing Civil & Structural designs using AutoCAD
- Developing 3D models in Revit
- Carrying out drainage, site development and structural design calculations
- Producing technical reports, specifications and schedules
- Collaborating with electrical engineers, contractors and project stakeholders
- Providing construction support including site visits and technical queries
- Mentoring and supporting Graduate Engineers
What We're Looking For:
✔ Degree qualified Civil/Structural Engineer (Level 8 minimum)
✔ 3+ years' design experience within an engineering consultancy
✔ Experience with substations, electrical infrastructure, foundations, drainage and site development works
✔ Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and Irish/UK standards
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
✔ Chartered status or working towards chartership is an advantage
