We're a growing supplier to the construction and hardware industry, and we're looking for an ambitious, relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to help expand our customer base across Cork, Kerry and the wider Munster region. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, and have experience in construction, hardware, timber or building materials, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships
Visit construction sites and trade customers across your territory
Build a strong sales pipeline and identify upcoming projects
Work with builders, self-builders, farm contractors, landscaping companies, log cabin businesses and garden centres
Provide expert product advice and identify upselling opportunities
Manage your customer portfolio using a CRM system
What We're Looking For
Proven field sales experience (construction, hardware or building materials preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Strong CRM and administrative skills
Full clean driving licence
