Our client is a leading provider of industrial and workplace safety training and, due to continued growth, is looking to add an experienced Driver Instructor to their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified instructor who is passionate about delivering high-quality training across a range of industrial vehicles and workplace safety programmes.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical and compliant training courses to clients.
Assess trainees and ensure training is delivered to the highest industry standards.
Deliver RTITB-accredited training across a range of equipment and safety courses.
Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation.
Ensure all training is carried out safely and in line with current legislation and best practice.
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Keep up to date with industry standards and training requirements.
The Person
RTITB Industry Trained with a minimum of 2 years' instructional experience.
Qualified to deliver training in one or more of the following:
Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment
Articulated Truck
Four Directional Truck
MEWP / Scissor Lift
Working at Height
Safe Pass
Abrasive Wheels
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage learners with varying levels of experience.
Full driving licence.
Professional, reliable and safety-focused.
