Salary: €40,000 Base €80,000- OTE + Commission + Benefits - ( a mix of Field and office based ) Full driving licence is a MUST!

A well-established provider of critical communications and safety technology solutions is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to support continued growth across Ireland.

The Opportunity:
This is a new business-focused sales role suited to a proactive and ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying operational challenges, and delivering solution-based sales.
  
The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and converting a sales pipeline, engaging directly with prospective clients, and positioning the company as a trusted provider of communication and safety solutions.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned sectors and territories.
  • Identify customer challenges through a consultative sales approach and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reporting.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support ongoing product and service improvements.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B sales within technology, communications, systems solutions, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors is beneficial.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
